Susan Hercules Hubbard is a nerd-at-heart, dog-loving, family-oriented HR professional who knew from an early age that she wanted to help people. Susan was born and raised in the Dallas, TX area, and feels fortunate to call Texas her home.
In 2011, she graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a B.S. degree in Psychology. Afterward, Susan decided to start working in the corporate world and attempt to climb the famous “ladder to success." After starting her career in Human Resources, new challenges and opportunities helped her grow.
In 2016, Susan sat for and passed the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification exam. After a decade in corporate HR, she decided to branch out on her own and create Herculean HR, LLC, honoring her family name and entrepreneurial spirit. Her mantra is “putting the “human” back in Human Resources."
